Refund Policy

  1. We do not normally issue refunds for any products or services purchased from us.
  2. We encourage you to contact us in advance to ensure that the product or service you are considering is appropriate and effective for your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, we would be more than happy to resolve them with you.
  3. We will replace (or arrange the replacement of) any defective products, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. We would be happy to provide details upon request.

Delivery Policy

  1. Most of our products are available only for shipment to Canadian addresses, our services are available worldwide. If you are outside Canada, and we are unable to assist you, we would be happy to recommend an alternate supplier. Please contact us for more information.
  2. We normally ship our products via "Xpresspost", which seems to be a reasonable comprise between speed of delivery and cost.
  3. We can deliver using other methods -- please contact us for details.
